Everyone taking part in any of the group activities does so at their own risk.
We do not employ qualified guides, leaders or first aiders on any of our events.
Come Walk With Us is based on the idea of bringing together a group of like-minded people to come and enjoy a walk together. Event organisers and event hosts will do their best to hold the group together but we assume no responsibility for anyone attending any group event.
Come Walk With Us event organisers and event hosts will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss occurring as a result of any event or in connection with travel to such event, however caused.
When you join a walk or other event, whether or not you have signed up for it on the EventBrite site or you attend as a guest, you indicate that you accept these conditions and accept that no legal liability is accepted by Come Walk With Us event organisers or event hosts in the event of accident or injury, however caused.
Participants in Come Walk With Us events are reminded that outdoor activities frequently need specialist equipment (boots, waterproofs, etc), these are not provided on the day. Participants are responsible for assessing their own risk, the safety of themselves and their guests and the suitability of any equipment used.
Accompanied children under 18 are welcome at the discretion of the walk leader – please check with the walk leader beforehand to ensure that the terrain and distance are suitable for those planning to walk.
Dogs are usually allowed on walks but this is entirely at the discretion of the walk leader – please contact the walk leader – dogs must be kept under close control at all times and on a lead where necessary or requested by the walk leader.
We always follow the country code and expect everyone on our walks to do the same.
